So somehow I have managed to screw up my left knee pretty badly. I started running last week and only really got to do it 3 or 4 times before my knee started giving me some trouble, painful to bend, not really conducive to running. So I've been trying to walk on it, well that isn't doing me any good either and today was the coup de grace. I was doing my second lap up the parking garage and on my way back down there was searing pain from my knee. I couldn't bend it, put pressure on it or anything w/o an extreme amount of pain. So I hobbled my way back to the building (begrudgingly having to take the elevator), took 2 500mg Tylenol and it still hurts. I really hope this is nothing I'm going to need to go to the doctor for, because for one, I can't afford it & two, if it's going to need a brace my work out routine is ruined and I will go back to my not so healthy, more along the lines of starving myself, routine. Keep the good thoughts flowing people, I'd really appreciate it ;)
